By using the Site, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you are accessing the Site as a vendor, you also agree to the Vendor Agreement (which is part of these Terms). If you do not agree to any of these Terms, you should immediately stop using the Site.

3. Definitions

"Buyer" refers to any individual or entity purchasing or attempting to purchase products on ShopTznius.com.

"Vendor" (also referred to as "Seller") refers to any individual or entity listing products for sale on ShopTznius.com.

"Products" refers to the modest clothing and accessories sold on the Site by vendors.

4. Modesty Disclaimer

Buyers: You acknowledge and agree that ShopTznius.com does not guarantee or verify the modesty of any product listed for sale and that it is your responsibility to ensure that any item purchased meets your own standards of modesty.

6. Vendor Responsibilities

As a Vendor, you agree to the following obligations:

Misleading or false information will result in the removal of the listing or suspension of your account.

By submitting this content, you grant ShopTznius.com a non-exclusive, royalty-free, and sublicensable license to use the content for marketing and listing purposes on the Site.
• Compliance: You are responsible for ensuring that your products comply with all applicable laws, including consumer protection, product safety, and intellectual property laws. We do not verify the legality of products; it is your responsibility to comply with relevant regulations.

7. Buyer Responsibilities

As a Buyer, you agree to the following:

9. Returns and Refunds

The venue for arbitration will be in Jacksonville, Florida, unless otherwise agreed by both parties.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes or claims arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the courts located in Duval county, Florida.
